Alternative Energies:
Recircables - Wind - Hidro - Nuclear - Sun -
Geotermal - Static Energy, Power from Ground, Power From Atmosphere, etc.
Most projects are, translated also in
Esperanto, compilation of useful materials from various web sites found in my
explorations of alternative energy sites, etc. I present here various projects
that, even if often long time existent, were either surpressed or known only to
few people in a few places. I hope this site will serve its goals and help
others to apply their knowledge and enthusiasm to make their own lifes better
and help in this also others. This isn't at all as difficult as one could think.
I think especially of those Esperanto
speakers who live in countries still under-developed and poor. Materials used
are most often very basic, available anywhere, and/or possible to find even on
rubbish-hip or laying around the home, unused, so available without money spent.
I believe, this would be helpful, too, because of the spread and constant
growing of Esperanto worldwide. I would be also very appreciative if I can get
any help in continuing with this site. Universal League with its goals as
presented in other parts of this site together with Esperlando aim just that,
and I hope this will help others by making these projects more available
worldwide.
If you believe the same, or similar, I
would highly appreciae also financial help in form of free donations so I can
continue this site on the waves of Internet. Send your contributions and
eventually some money donations, letting know of this Webmaster. All
contributions can be send through Paypal. Any amount will help greatly to
continue of work and explorations, and greater amount of materials possible to
be found here and used by all of us for our mutual common good.

Island puts her bets on hydrogen.
Saturday, 29 December (08:08)
Island realises an ambitious program the
goal of which is total resignation of fossil fuels.
Main source of energy, applicable universally at, both, the
general industry together with housekeeping appliances and the transport
industry is going to be using the hydrogen as the fuel, the burning of which
is absolutely not harmful to the environment, as it doesn't cause any
pollution. neither so called "greenhouse effect".
The program decided upon by the Parliament of Island envisages gradual
increase of the usage of electric motors, fed by hydrogen from
electric-piles (fuel batteries), in their vehicles. The hydrogen-fed
electric battery exhausts only a water-vapour.
Electric energy necessary to produce hydrogen by
electrolysis shall provide the network of dedicated hydroelectric power
stations constructed at numerous, although not big, Island's rivers, and
geothermal sources, which are plentiful in this rocky and abundant in
volcanoes country. Island intends even exporting, in the future, their
surplus hydrogen to countries in Europe.
Bragi Amasson, professor of chemistry from the university
of Reykjavik evaluates, the procedure of swapping over to the clean,
ecologically friendly power systems will take some 30-40 years time. At
present on the roads of Island are moving some 180 thousand vehicles. This
country owns also the fishing flotilla consisting of over 2500 trawlers.
